<p><strong>Introduction</strong></p>
<p>Multiple reader studies have shown that artificial intelligence (AI)- based analysis can classify images of benign and malignant skin tumors with an accuracy comparable, or superior to, human readers [1-3]. Although not tested in real-life clinical settings, automated classification has been incorporated in most available devices for total body photography (TBP) and digital dermoscopy (DD). This offers an opportunity for an initial assessment of its performance in a real-life clinical setting.</p>
<p><strong>Case Presentation</strong></p>
<p>We randomly examined the performance of automated AI classification of all photographed skin lesions in consecutive patients who underwent TBP and DD over a period of one week in September 2025. No patient was excluded from the analysis, regardless of the reason that justified the indication for TBP and DD.</p>

<p><strong>Findings</strong>  In this cohort study including 316 patients, the autonomous device achieved a mean (SD) image quality score of 9.84 (0.72), compared with 9.44 (0.85) achieved by the manual method, with 91.60% agreement in diagnostic classification and faster imaging times (570 seconds vs 606 seconds).</p>
<p><strong>Meaning</strong>  This cohort study found that the autonomous TBP and dermoscopic device was capable of producing high-quality images with improved efficiency, indicating its potential usefulness in dermatological practice.</p>

<h4 class="_label">Abstract</h4>
<p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Dermoscopy is an important noninvasive tool that helps to determine the stability and activity of vitiligo. Various dermoscopic findings help classify the disease as stable or unstable. This is important for the management of the disease, as surgical management requires disease stability.</p>
<p><strong>Objectives:</strong> We aimed to describe the dermoscopic findings in vitiligo and to assess the frequency of various dermoscopic findings in stable and unstable vitiligo.</p>
<p><strong>Methods:</strong> This was a hospital-based, cross-sectional, descriptive study of 100 vitiligo patients and various dermoscopic findings. Results are expressed as percentages.</p>

<h3><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Introduction</strong>: Studies focused on dermoscopic aspects of pigmented Bowen disease (pBD) in Latin American population are scarce and limited to only case reports or small series.</p>
<p><strong>Objectives</strong>: To report dermoscopic findings in a large series of 147 pBD diagnosed in Ibero-Latin American population.</p>
<p><strong>Methods</strong>: We conducted a multicentric, retrospective study on 147 histologically proven pBD under the auspices of the Dermoscopy Chapter of the Ibero-Latin American College of Dermatology.</p>
<p><strong>Results</strong>: The study population consisted of 77 females (52%) and 70 males (48%) with a mean age of 68.6 years. 70.1% of patients had skin phototype 3, 15.6% to skin phototype 2, and 14.3% to skin phototype 4. On clinical examination, near 60% of pBD were flat, 70% presented with scales, and 90% were asymmetric. Under dermoscopy, structureless hypopigmented areas, dots brown and pink color were the most frequently observed. Regarding specific dermoscopic clues to pBD, the most prevalent were structureless hypopigmented areas, vessels arranged in linear fashion at the periphery, and pigmented lines or pigmented dots distributed in a linear fashion. Clustered, coiled, and dotted vessels were observed in 55.8%, 45.6%, and 45.6% of the cases, respectively.</p>
<p><strong>Conclusions</strong>: We report a large series of cases of pBD in Latin American patients, with most patients being skin phototype 3 and 4. Distinctively in our study, the pigmented structures and the clues derived from the presence of melanin were much more frequent than in previous reports in fair skin.</p>
