No. The product page explicitly notes that an additional DLII/III Replacement Charger is required and sold separately from the base. Clinics need to purchase both the base and the compatible charger to actually power and charge a DL3 or DL3N dermatoscope.
It's compatible with the DermLite DL3 and DL3N models. The dermatoscope itself isn't included and must be purchased separately if not already owned.
