How it works:
- Simply fill out a return request form. You can also find this form in your customer account. We then provide you with a return authorisation number.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note: devices returned with scratches or other damage including operational issues will be returned to the purchaser.
- Make sure the device is dispatched within 30 days of initial delivery. Let us know the return tracking details. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
